Play word games with friends

one link, same board, every phone

TASTY1

Send a link and your friends are in. Nobody installs anything and nobody makes an account: a phone with a browser is enough. The host picks the settings, and the same board lands on every phone at the same moment.

How a party works

1Tap Host a party ๐ŸŽˆ on the setup screen. You get a code and a link worth sharing.
2Friends open the link, or type the code into the join box. They pick a name and an animal and appear in the lobby.
3The host taps start. Three, two, one, and everyone is racing the same board.

The scoring show

When the clock runs out, the reveal begins. The board replays every word found, one at a time: whose it was, what it scored, and a gold double for anything only one player spotted. Towers rise as the points land, and the tallest tower wins.

The counting happens on every phone at once, so the groans and the gloating stay live.

Questions

Do we all need the same kind of phone?

No. Android, iPhone, a laptop, a school tablet: anything with a browser joins the same party.

What if someone's phone dies mid-round?

Their seat survives. Reopening the page picks the round back up where they left it.

Is there a time limit?

The host picks it: one to five minutes, or no clock at all.

Can we play in teams?

Word parties race solo against each other. Team play lives next door in Number Nibbles, where a party can share one board and three hearts.
